The St. Louis Sessions Volume II includes nine original songs, including the previously unreleased acoustic track “Stranger In Your Town” (watch the video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-khlYNQC4LI), a modern take on the Delta Blues. Hadley spins a tale of what it must be like to be out on the street with nowhere to go, and how he got there. The remaining eight songs are inspired by history, love, the end of relationships and the importance of family. “Volume II” features the same legendary St. Louis musicians
(plus newcomer Chris Millar on drums) who joined Hadley on his 2014 release “The St. Louis Sessions”: drummer Keith Robinson, bassist Terry Coleman and Bob Lohr on keyboards.
The musical pedigree of Lohr, Robinson and Coleman includes a long history with Chuck Berry,
a testament to their deep roots in The Lou.
